By purchasing or using PromptVault, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
You receive a non-transferable license to use the prompt templates for your own professional or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates.
3. No Professional Advice
PromptVault sells prompt templates, not advice. We are not a law firm, real estate brokerage, tax preparer, or financial advisor. No attorney-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by purchase or use.
4. AI-Generated Content
Outputs produced by AI systems using these templates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before use.
5. No Warranties
Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are granted at our discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
